Our client's interest is our #1 priority at all times! This transaction was proof. In the process of downsizing these clients set their sights on a specific community. There were about 4 or 5 homes listed at the time. This home was the first one they viewed and decided to put an offer in on. Unfortunately, a unrepresented buyer beat them to it. They decided to put an offer in on a home that was $100,000 more in the same community. We were under contract when this home came back on the market.
